Different contemporary techniques

In our classes, we pay attention to many different contemporary techniques to help you explore your body from a new different perspective. Techniques that we learn include the Release Technique (developing a sense of freedom and efficiency in movement by releasing unnecessary tension.), floor work, Cunningham technique (strong sense of line and clarity in movement), Graham (use of breath, contraction and release, spiraling motions, and groundedness) and many more. All these can improve physical fitness, body awareness, alignment, and movement efficiency, leading to a healthier and more mindful approach to everyday life.

We always incorporate a well-being approach in our studio. That's why you will study different breathing and body presence techniques to get rid of stress, enjoy the moment and hopefully live a more peaceful and happier life.
